Mr. David Woodruff Sr, 80 was born on June 17th, 1944, in Laurens SC. The beloved son of the late Lannie Mae Woodruff Hicks. He passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025 at NHC (National Health Care Laurens).

He was preceded in death by his sister Betty Woodruff and his brother Willie Woodruff.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of his wife Dianne Gary Woodruff of Laurens and his son David Woodruff Jr (Laurens). His sisters Mary Woodruff and Shirley Woodruff both of Laurens will truly miss their brother. In addition he left behind his special niece Jasmine Harris of Laurens.

Mr. Woodruff was deeply loved and had host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends who will forever remember his kindness, wisdom, and steadfast presence.
His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Mr. Woodruff’s family will hold a private family memorial service at a later date.

Floyd Family Funeral Home was responsible for all arrangements.
