Charles D. Hill , age 78, of Laurens SC was born on September 23, 1943, and passed away on February 4, 2022 at NHC Healthcare of Clinton, SC.

Preceding him in death were his father, Booker T. Hill Sr., his mother Elliott C. Hill, and his brother, Booker T. Hill Jr.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his brother; Sammie Hill (Bennie Mae) of Laurens, SC, nieces; Claudette Barnes of Laurens, SC, Carolyn Allen (Tim) of Tacoma, WA, Virginia Lodwick (Robert) of Shelby, NC, Gloria Chambers (Darryl) of Columbus, GA, Tracey Whatley (Scott) of Atlanta, GA, nephews; Anthony Hill and Olester Hill both of Riverside, MD, and a host of other relatives.

The family will take visitors at: 1051 Rabon Road, Laurens SC. Floyd Family Funeral Home will be responsible for all arrangements. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, February 9, 11am-5:30pm at Floyd Family Funeral Home, located at 202 Caroline Street, Laurens SC. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 10 at 11:30am at Floyd Family Funeral Home. Internment will be immediately following the service at Westview Memorial Park in Laurens, SC.
